The Expert Advice allows you to validate the Brief with your Design Coach, who guides you personally to refine your project, foresee any problems, and define the best way to execute it. It is carried out by the most convenient means for you, either through video call, email or messages. With Expert Advice you can negotiate your deliverables, the method of payment and clarify objectives
The approximate time for each project is 2 to 3 weeks, but it may vary depending on the needs of your design
All you need to do is have an idea and fill out your Brief online, or schedule an Expert Consultation with your Design Coach to detail your design and negotiate the terms of your project
You will always have a designer or a team of designers dedicated to your project, depending on the size and complexity of your design, as well as the guidance of your Design Coach at all times. We recruit only the most outstanding talent globally, so the success of your project is guaranteed
The talent we recruit at Brandon Logan is 100% remote and distributed around the world, so they have a global vision, however, if your project requires it, you can ask your Design Coach that the designer be from your country of origin
By filling out your Brief, you will be able to choose the designer that best suits your needs. If you change your mind, you have 2 days after making your payment to choose another designer
To start your project you must pay 40% of the total cost of your project, another 30% upon receiving the proposals from your designer, and the remaining 30% upon receiving your deliverable. You have 2 days after making your first payment to request a refund. You can pay by credit or debit card, via PayPal or bank transfer. During the Expert Consultation with your Design Coach you have the possibility to negotiate the method of payment
